Looking after your property

Alarm Response (included in monthly fee)
As the nominated key holders for your domestic alarm system, we will respond to an alarm at any time of night or day. We will inspect your premises and liaise with the emergency services if necessary. Our Response Officers won’t leave until the alarm has been reset and your home is secure. A ‘Fair Use’ policy applies.

Home Check
Don’t worry about leaving your home unattended when you’re away or at work. You can arrange for us to visit it and carry out a quick security check. We can even water your plants, turn lights on and off and clear post from your doormat!

Neighbourhood Patrols
We can provide scheduled or random mobile patrols – either for individual homes or for a group of residential properties whose owners want a joint solution to security issues in their neighbourhood. We will keep a vigilant eye on homes and also act as a cost-effective and visible deterrent to potential burglars or opportunist housebreakers. Looking after access

Lost Keys (included in monthly fee)
Anyone can lose their keys or lock themselves out of their home, car or office. But if you leave a spare set of keys with our secure centre, you know that help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Deliveries
You don’t ever need to wait at home for a delivery again! We can accept parcels on your behalf and deliver them to you when you arrive home. Alternatively, we can meet the delivery driver at your home and accept the item(s) for you.

  • Small Items (no larger in size and weight than a case of wine (max 25kg)) When ordering, quote our address as the point of delivery and give your name and property number.
  • Large Items When ordering, inform the supplier/delivery company that we will provide access. Give them our contact details and ask them to call us 45 minutes before arrival so that we can meet them at your home. You must still call us to book your delivery job for the expected delivery date. We will call you to confirm that your delivery has arrived safely.

Specific access requests
We can also help you if you have a specific need to grant access to someone – such as a family member, a friend or even tradesmen (such as plumbers and builders etc.)

Registration and Charges

It’s easy to register for our Home Response service – just click the PayPal link below to make the one-off payment of £24. You can pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal account.

It’s also very affordable. Our payment plans start from just £15 per month. You can even enjoy a 10% discount if you opt to pay the annual fee in advance.

If you’re an existing member and would like to recommend our services to a friend, a family member or work colleague, please contact us and we will reward you with a £15 voucher if they subscribe.

Registration for our Home Response service couldn’t be easier. With payment plans starting from just £15 per month, we are confident that our services are affordable to all. You will benefit from a 10% discount if you opt to pay the annual fee in advance.

Subscriptions: payable monthly by Standing Order

Service Charges: billed monthly and payable by cheque, PayPal or credit card

Lost Keys: available within 30 miles of our office

Pre-booked: booking required by 5:00pm the previous working day

Out of hours: 5:00pm to 8:00am, Mondays to Fridays, weekends and public holidays

Bank/Public holidays: charged at double rate

Cancellations: if a job is cancelled after 5:00pm on the business day before
it takes place, there will be a cancellation fee of £14
