Essential Information

We will need the following:

  • Signed contract (A copy of our standard contract is sent with our quotations. Please contact us if you have any queries or if you require additional copies.)
  • Cheque to cover costs, including VAT (Annual key holding charge)
  • We will require one set of keys to gain access to the building
  • An alarm code or fob to turn the alarm system on and off
  • Please supply an alarm system zone list and zone plan. E.g. a description of the alarm equipment fitted and its location
  • Contract number and details of your Alarm company
  • Contract number and details of your Monitoring Station (If applicable)
  • Names and phone numbers of at least two emergency out of hours contacts
  • Cleaner’s details. E.g. When they visit, do they have keys, do they use the alarm system?
  • Please also consider whether you would like us to arrange emergency repairs to your property. E.g. boarding up, locksmith, plumber, electrician etc.
  • Any other information which you think may be useful to our Response Officers when attending your property.

Once you have collated the above, please contact us to arrange for a surveyor to visit your property. The surveyor will also carry out a survey of your property and alarm system.
