Cheque to cover costs, including VAT (Annual key holding charge)
We will require one set of keys to gain access to the building
An alarm code or fob to turn the alarm system on and off
Please supply an alarm system zone list and zone plan. E.g. a description of the alarm equipment fitted and its location
Contract number and details of your Alarm company
Contract number and details of your Monitoring Station (If applicable)
Names and phone numbers of at least two emergency out of hours contacts
Cleaner’s details. E.g. When they visit, do they have keys, do they use the alarm system?
Please also consider whether you would like us to arrange emergency repairs to your property. E.g. boarding up, locksmith, plumber, electrician etc.
Any other information which you think may be useful to our Response Officers when attending your property.
Once you have collated the above, please contact us to arrange for a surveyor to visit your property. The surveyor will also carry out a survey of your property and alarm system.
