Mobile Response Officer (MRO)

Location: Burnley
Patrol Area: Mainly East Lancs & North Yorks
Weekly Hours: 42 (average)
Contract Type: Permanent subject to provisional employment

KeyPlus are currently looking for an experienced, SIA licensed Mobile Response Officer to join an existing team working a roster that includes nights and weekends.

Reporting to a designated member of the management team, you will be responsible for maintaining clients day to day mobile security requirements by ensuring the safety and security of people, premises and property.

Responsibilities:

To undertake regular patrols and inspections of clients premises in accordance with agreed Assignment Instructions.
To carry out ‘timed’ duties such as Open Up and Lock Down services.
To respond to clients Alarm systems upon request and in a timely manner.
To ensure that all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
To report all incidents/findings and maintain accurate records relating to key registers and key seal logs.
In addition to these functions, you will be required to undertake other such duties as may be reasonably required.

Person Specification:

Reliable and self motivated
Clean and smart appearance
Contactable (personal telephone number)
Good numeric/literacy skills
Flexible approach to work and hours due to operational issues
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer focused
Security systems knowledge/experience
Full, clean UK driving licence or recognised international driving permit
Aged 25+ for vehicle insurance purposes
Valid SIA licence

Business Development Manager

Location: Burnley
Sales Area: North West
Salary: £16,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE
Type: Permanent

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to promote our specialised ‘Patrol & Response’ services across the North West (From Skipton through to Preston including North Manchester).

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for generating your own leads and referrals, attending networking events, cold calling, attending client meetings and closing your own sales.

You don’t need to have a background in security sales as full training will be provided, although this would be an advantage. However, you must have a proven B2B sales background and be able to deal with people on all levels. Prospective clients will be business owners/directors and high net worth individuals.

The basic salary is negotiable dependent upon your experience, commission is uncapped, your target market is huge.
